Two Story

    Two Story models feature a 7/12 pitch roof like the Ranch. An additional story separate from the foundation level offers the possibility of more open space, more bedrooms, and/or more bathrooms. The two story model comes most often on a full foundation, but split level, crawl space, or other designs are possible.
