Ranch/Raised Ranch

    The Ranch is a single floor home we build with a 7/12 pitch roof. This pitch provides a spacious attic and more structurally sound home. The Ranch ranges in size of bedrooms and bathrooms, but the most common, a 3 bed and 2 bath, is shown below. Incorporation of the home with the foundation for an additional lower level is one of the best utilizations of space for this model, found in the Raised Ranch. Our most popular model is a split level home seen below. Ranch homes built on a full foundation or a crawl space are just as easily built.
